2. Delivery Delays

Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances will not make Caeli liable for compensation.

3. Risk of Loss or Damage

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation, except COD orders.

5. Cancellation After Shipping

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and our Return/Exchange Policy will apply.
