Any unauthorised use of Caeli’s content, logos, designs, or product images may lead to legal action.

Caeli makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur. Caeli reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its sole discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond Caeli’s control. Caeli shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caeli is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business opportunities.

Caeli shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, strikes, labour disputes, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, communication failures, or power outages.

These terms and notices are governed by Indian laws, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
