Return & Exchange Policy

01 Eligibility

  • Return/exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via our website or customer support.

  • Pickup will be scheduled within 7 days of approval.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and the original invoice intact.

  • Pickup Charges (in case of return): ₹100.

02 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Personalised/customised products.
  • Sale or clearance items.

03 Quality Check

  • All returned/exchanged products will undergo a quality inspection.

  • Requests may be refused if the product shows signs of damage, stains, odour, tag removal, or alterations.

  • If refused, the item will be returned to the customer at their own cost.

04 Single Exchange Policy

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.

  • Further returns or exchanges for the same product are not permitted.

05 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after successful quality check.

  • COD refunds will be issued only to the customer’s verified bank account.

06 Abuse Prevention

Caeli reserves the right to deny service or block customers found misusing the return/exchange policy.

07 Original Condition Requirement

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

  • Returns showing signs of wear, use, or damage will be rejected.

08 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding return/exchange eligibility will be resolved at Caeli’s sole discretion
